KLUST Postdoctoral Research Programme
A streamlined online portal for the entire postdoctoral journey — from Expression of Interest to Certificate of Completion — at the Kuala Lumpur University of Science and Technology.
1. Express Interest
Submit an Expression of Interest with your research focus and PhD background.
2. Apply
Complete the official Application Form (No.1) and upload supporting documents.
3. Get Offer & LOA
Receive your Offer Letter (No.2) and Letter of Appointment with TOR (No.3).
4. Complete & Graduate
Submit Completion Form (No.4) and receive your Certificate (No.5) signed by the PVC.
The KLUST Post-Doctoral Programme offers researchers an opportunity to conduct advanced research under the supervision of leading academics at Kuala Lumpur University of Science and Technology.

Programme mode:
- Online: up to 1 year — no fee
The programme is currently offered in online mode only. Candidates conduct their post-doctoral research remotely under the guidance of an assigned KLUST supervisor.
- Submit Expression of Interest (EOI)
- Submit Application Form + supporting documents
- Head of RMC reviews the application
- Offer Letter issued (signed by Head of RMC)
- Candidate signs and returns Offer Letter
- Letter of Appointment & TOR issued
- One-year postdoctoral appointment begins
- Quarterly progress reports submitted
- Completion Form & evidence submitted
- RMC reviews completion requirements
- Certificate issued (signed by PVC & Head of RMC)
